To help reduce the health burden associated with foodborne illnesses, e-Bug and its European partners, have developed a range of free teaching resources as part of the SafeConsume project.
SafeConsume aims to increase knowledge and change behaviour around food hygiene and safety. The resources developed are for educators who teach young people (aged 11 – 18). Scroll down for more information and to download the resources.
