Food Hygiene Teacher Training

The SafeConsume training sessions are aimed at increasing educators’ confidence to teach food hygiene and safety. These sessions are designed to act as a package of information, where educators can choose what they need for their specific situation, without needing to read all the slides. The SafeConsume project was funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 727580.

Overview
This PowerPoint provides educators with an overview of the SafeConsume project and where the educator training sessions link with the lesson plans and additional interactive activities. Suggestions of how to optimise the student resources when delivering food hygiene and safety lessons are provided. An optional pre and post questionnaire is provided for each session, for educators to assess their own learning.
